Refund policy

Returns

We allow for the return of products in original condition within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If a product is found to be defective or broken, please contact us upon receipt with the issue and we will do our best to work out an exchange or refund. 

Furthermore, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been used unless the product is found to be faulty. Please contact us at info@velvetskullco.com to address your issue and we will do our best to find a solution!

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale.

Refunds

Refunds are only given in the form of shop credit. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be given the refund amount in the form of shop credit within 48 hours via a voucher code sent to the email used for the purchase.

If you have not received your expected refund within the above designed timeframe, first check your Junk folder for your voucher code. If it is still missing, then please contact us via email at info@velvetskullco.com with the subject "Missing Refund."

Cancellations

Cancellations are available in the form of shop credit ONLY. Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed (this includes any pre-orders). We aim to get all orders out within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise specifically stated in the product description. Additionally, we cannot cancel an order that has already shipped; however, we can work with you to process a return for store credit in some situations.

Product Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us via email at info@velvetskullco.com or the Contact Form on our website.

Coupon Codes

Users are allowed to use one valid coupon at checkout per order. Discounts cannot be stacked unless automated. We are also unable to apply coupons retroactively on an order.

If you used a coupon code at checkout, then any refunded store credit will be in the amount paid after said coupon.

Combining Orders

Multiple orders cannot be combined once submitted. Our system does not have a way to combine separate orders, so each order placed will be dispatched individually.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded and are FINAL SALE
